For approximately 50 years, Idaho Falls Civitan has helped provide support for Idaho Special Olympics, the Civitan Christmas Party, and Local Charities. With the generous support of the communities, we have contributed to these worthwhile projects for the benefit of local people with special needs.

One of the projects for providing this support is the annual Idaho Falls Civitan Indoor Golf Tournament, which will be held this year on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 18 restaurants/bars in the Idaho Falls area.

This Tournament is an 18-hole mini golf tournament and each restaurant/bar constructs a mini golf hole. Participating teams compete by golfing in some wild and some not so wild indoor golf holes created by area lounges and bars. The event includes not only the golf, but additional team-based games and lots of prizes for participants. The goal is to have a great time and raise some money for charity.

Idaho Falls Civitan is proud of its involvement with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Please help serve these people of our community with your support.

Who are Civitans?

Civitans are everyday citizens, just like you and me, who come together in our community to make life better for their neighbors.

Family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers meet at local Civitan clubs to socialize, learn, and serve in their communities.

You are cordially invited to join the Idaho Falls Civitan Club for Hors d'oeuvres along with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink and learn about this amazing group of people and the difference they are making in our community!
